I am a Mrs. but not Mrs. Kraft! nor is my hubby Mr. Kraft. When we check out at Safeway they manage to offend us both by using the wrong surname. I don't really get upset, but it is bothersome. A warm smile with eye to eye contact would have a better feel for me. Hope the daughter is well...
